Membership

Your membership stipulated when you sign up as to what level access you get; this can be upgraded, downgraded or cancelled at any time by yourself.

Monthly membership can be cancelled at any time, via your membership area where you have access to adjust your membership levels, password settings and ongoing membership. NO REFUNDs are available, unless exceptional circumstances apply and are at the discretion of the owners. If you have paid the next months subscription, you are advised to cancel at that point and make use of the membership.

Annual membership is per person, membership cannot be sold or transferred. If you wish to cancel in the first month, you could get 50% of your subscription back (terms apply).

Membership behaviour. If any members behave in such a manner as to breach copyright, abuse the material, run any commercial activity, are abusive to other private members or to have found anything that is not considered within the regular practice of an online personal wellness private club.

Membership principles. Membership cannot be sold or transferred. Statutory regulations apply to online purchases.

Gifts

From time to time, we reserve the right to run promotions to get people to access the club, these may include longer free trial access, discounted annual/monthly fees or offer group discounts. These do not mean we offer or match discounts or trials by inference. Any discounts are at the commercial discretion of the owners.

Members may wish to purchase vouchers as gifts; these may or may not have discounts or other incentives attached based upon any particular time of year, occassion or other marketing plan at any given time.
