Coaching Rate

This will show on your profile if a spa club member wants to book a coaching/treatment/training session with you. This rate is for 30 minutes. In your bio, please put if your sessions are 30, 60 or any other length in minutes.

If your rate isn't in here, let us know and we will look at adding in a bespoke rate.

How do you deliver your 'service'

Coach & Media

This will not be shown on any members area, it is for our internal purposes. This is to ascertain permission for us to promote you within the Spa and to our email list/social following & any marketing. We will only use what information you have in your bio (strapline), any workshop details/webinars or any testimonial from the bio beneath.

If you have any conditions, please say no, then contact us first - we can always adjust this area to accommodate specifics that may arise.

A good testimonial you have received from a customer. We can use it for marketing & it will show on your profile gallery.

 
 

We will be having feature coach each week as a PDF/Image with information on the coach and some likes/dislikes, favourite things and hidden secret - would you like to be in this one week? It will go out to our social accounts and email subscribers. This information will come in your follow up email after finishing this sign up.

Coach Social Share Terms

We don't have a lot of terms other than those on the coaching page (which you will have seen to have arrived here). However, there are a couple of questions. These are not shown on your profile in the members area.

We ask for a monthly email encouraging awareness of your teaching in the spa, the 7 Day Mindfulness Challenge, a workshop or webinar.

Based on your social accounts above, we will connect and when we post on the network, we ask that you repost (we will email you before so you are aware).

Terms & Privacy

Membership & Coaching

Your membership is to gain access to the Private Members areas (different restrictions apply for different levels); however, the main courses are open to all entry level members.

Membership cannot be sold or transferred. Gift packages are available.

Monthly membership can be cancelled at any time, via your membership area where you have access to adjust your membership levels, password settings and ongoing membership. NO REFUNDs are available, unless exceptional circumstances apply and are at the discretion of the owners. If you have paid the next months subscription, you are advised to cancel at that point and make use of the membership for the remainder of the month.

Annual membership is per person, membership cannot be sold or transferred.

Membership behaviour. If any members behave in such a manner as to breach copyright, abuse the material, run any commercial activity, are abusive to other private members or to have found anything that is not considered within the regular practice of an online personal wellness private club; then we reserve the right to cancel their membership with a loss to the remaining time they had access to the club for. This is done privately, with a warning first (unless the breach is so serious it has to be immediately).

Gifts

From time to time, we reserve the right to run promotions to get people to access the club, these may include longer free trial access, discounted annual/monthly fees or offer group discounts. These do not mean we offer or match discounts or trials by inference. Any discounts are at the commercial discretion of the owners.

Members may wish to purchase vouchers as gifts; these may or may not have discounts or other incentives attached based upon any particular time of year, occassion or other marketing plan at any given time.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Media

If you upload images to the website (should you wish to personalise your profile), you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Who we share your data with

If you request a password reset, your IP address may be included in the reset email. We do not sell or rent our data out, it is kept within the company and used to analyse services, provide better communication and allows better data analysis.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue, where comments are left.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Personal safety

We allow Coaches to add content at regular intervals, these are not a direct endorsement from ourselves, but allows us to give users a wider experience and find things that suits their temperament, disposition and objectives within the membership. If you wish to contact a coach directly, we accept no liability for anything that follows from that action (covered in the Coaching paragraph below).

Marketing

If you have left any testimonials for us, we will ask you first if we can use it for any marketing, social sharing or other related activities along with your name and/or image. Our Members and Coaches are not permitted to use any of the material (content) outside of the Spa Club without first seeking permission.

Coaching

You are able to obtain private coaching from our Coaching Community (a network we have within the Club) inside, made up of specialist coaches, trainers, therapists and teachers. These have all contributed material for you to use and benefit from. You have the option of booking private sessions with them. If you do, these are delivered 'outside' of the club, so we are not legally liable for anything relating to your coaching sessions, including pricing, content, treatment/therapy or anything related. We are not recommending coaches, we are showcasing them and you are responsible for ensuring they are the right fit for you.
